The “Oil Chef" competition sponsored by the Jaén Provincial Council is back in San Sebastián.
The winners of the 20th "Oil Chef" competition sponsored by the Jaén Provincial Council will be announced at the event.
The contest, the official name of which is the International Award for Cooking with Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Jaén Paraíso Interior", sets out to showcase the excellent qualities and properties of extra virgin olive oil in gastronomy, and extend its use in cookery as a basic flavour and ingredient of the Mediterranean diet.
