20th International “Jaén Paraíso Interior” Award for Cooking with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

San Sebastián is again the venue for what is known as the "Oil Chef" contest.
Chefs will be competing to be declared "Oil Chef. This is the 20th round and the competition sets out to showcase the excellent qualities and properties of extra virgin olive oil in gastronomy, and promote its utilisation in gastronomy as a basic flavour and ingredient of the Mediterranean diet.
