As usual, this will be held on the last day of the congress, Wednesday 11 October.
The San Sebastian Gastronomika - Euskadi Basque Country National Grill Competition started out in 2010 in the wake of the successful "Planeta Parrilla" congress. In a bid to publicise one of our most special and exquisite cookery techniques, the grill, the "greatest roasters" are being sought the length and breadth of Spain.
The meats will be paired with LAN A MANO 2020 and LAN D 12 2019 wines from Bodegas LAN.
