Lienzo's sea bass
Sponsored by Aquanaria
A creative Mediterranean vision of how to make the most of the Aquanaria Atlantic sea bass in the haute cuisine of chef María José Martínez.
The chef of the Lienzo restaurant in Valencia, María José Martínez, who is renowned for her commitment to sustainability in all her restaurant's work processes, will take a creative and Mediterranean approach to this workshop, making the most of the different parts of the Aquanaria Atlantic sea bass.
You can see and taste the firm texture and intense flavour of this exceptional fish from sustainable aquaculture in each of her dishes. In this way, the chef will reveal the essence of this gastronomic fish and how to correctly treat each part of it in the kitchen.
