Explore the symbiosis between the traditional "almadraba" technique used for fishing tuna, one of the delicacies of the Cádiz coastline, and the diversity of full-bodied wines, from the "Fino" to Pedro Ximénez. Alongside the Andalusian Regional Government's new quality label for agrofood and fishing produce, "Gusto del Sur", we invite you to come along with us on this culinary voyage to discover how the flavours of Andalusia mingle together to create a truly exceptional experience.
