Workshop
Are you up for some Andalusia? What you want is a taste of the South!
Sponsored by Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca, Agua y Desarrollo Rural. Junta de Andalucía
An invitation to experience Andalusia through its food and wines, with diversity, taste and top quality to guide our enjoyment.
We're always up for Andalusia. The place has a special understanding of life, and that means it also has a special way with gastronomy. One of the key components of this attraction is the enormous range of produce on offer from farmers, livestock breeders and fishermen, which cookery has succeeded in making part of southern Spain's way of life.
The new quality label "Gusto del Sur" is the easiest way to find our way around Andalusia's precious larder.
This activity, co-financed by ERDF funds, is a unique opportunity to take a trip around Andalusia alongside Juanlu Fernández from the Lu, Cocina y Alma * restaurant in Jerez and Juan Aceituno from Dama Juana * in Jaén, two professional chefs who make tradition and innovation a daily feature of their cookery.
