Workshop
Grilling - connecting latitudes
Sponsored by Winterhalter
A gastronomic journey through the Bay of Biscay, the Mediterranean, the Atlantic and the Lands of Castile. We will discover flavours over a sea of embers, with the grill playing the leading role, while respecting the traceability and sustainability of local produce.
We will be guided on this journey through different latitudes by masters of gastronomy: Pablo Vicari, chef at the restaurant Cataria, a temple of produce, innovation and faithful to the ‘ways of doing things’. Carlos Hernández Del Río, chef and owner of Restaurante Consentido, will use tradition and avant-garde as the common thread of a cuisine committed to the Salamanca region, together with Germán Carrizo, chef at Fierro, a combination of innovation, tradition and passion for the craft, who will manage the non-alcoholic liquid harmony.
