Workshop
Take a look at Extremadura's Sustainable Gastronomy Routes
Sponsored by Turismo de Extremadura
Presentation of produce from the Extremadura Sustainable Gastronomy Routes: the Olive Oil Route, Cheese Route, Extremadura's Route of Iberian Ham from the "dehesa" pastures, and the Guadiana's Wine and Cava Ribera Route.
The Extremadura Sustainable Gastronomy Routes single out products and liturgies surrounding some of their most extraordinary typical fare, such as Iberian ham and its derivates, Extremadura cheese and virgin olive oil, wines and cavas.
The routes offer a different kind of journey around Extremadura, with the common denominator of food that hooks into knowledge of our culture, heritage and natural surroundings. Discover the essence of this region with strong links to a rural environment, scenery, biodiversity and its traditions.
