Córdoba pintxos

This will constitute a tribute to Donostia's cuisine with a range of pintxos inspired by Córdoba's gastronomic identity, washed down with its local wines.

Chefs Periko Ortega, from the ReComiendo restaurant, and Juan Luis Santiago, from Garum 2.1., will be creating and cooking these pintxos during the event, alongside Felipe Barbancho, a renowned national sommelier and the current owner of the Argus restaurant.
