In this presentation, chef Yoshihiro Narisawa will explain the thought process when creating a new menu.
He will explore the source of his inspiration, especially for his collaborative work. He will take us step by step through how he goes about presenting the inspiration he receives in a certain way, illustrating the journey of his work and his imagination, from idea to end product.
