Digression concerning a typical Mediterranean product, the red prawn.

On the coasts of either Girona or Valencia, Joan Roca and Quique Dacosta share the sea and its produce. And one of the star products is the red prawn to which both of them have paid tribute on several occasions and in several versions.

For this talk they will be on stage with the head of Vocento's Gastronomy Division, Benjamín Lana, to discuss this product which is so typical of the Mediterranean.
